Plura Club ("we", "us") is operated by Knitlly Original, a firm registered in India (GSTIN 19ABEFK3682P1ZK), based in Kolkata, West Bengal. We operate a dating platform for couples, thruples, and people practicing consensual non-monogamy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.
Account data (name and email via Google sign-in), a phone number you provide voluntarily (not verified by SMS), date of birth, profile photos, relationship/interest preferences, messages you send on the platform, and basic usage data (device, approximate location, log data).
Your relationship structure and sexual orientation preferences are sensitive personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We collect it only with your active participation in building a profile, and we do not sell or share it with advertisers.
To operate matching, show your profile to other members you interact with, process subscription payments, verify your identity and age, moderate content for safety, and communicate with you about your account.
Infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under contract (currently: Supabase for database hosting, Google for sign-in, Vercel for hosting). Identity verification, photo moderation, and payment vendors once those integrations go live. We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — directly from Profile → Delete my account, or by contacting sbose121@gmail.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days, except where we're legally required to retain certain records.
We retain account data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period after deletion to prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
Plura Club is strictly for people 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated immediately and reported where legally required.
